Introduction
P.W.& G.J.BURT was established in 1977 as general fabricators, serving agriculture and industry, operating from a large garage. Soon to find there was an opportunity in steel framed buildings and from there on began to progress to a larger works at the original home base.
During 1988 P.W.& G.J.BURT changed name to BURT STEEL FABRICATIONS LTD., and moved to our present works at Butts Pond Industrial Estate.
The aim from there was to supply and erect quality steel framed buildings, using our own staff of erectors and cladders to supply a total in house operation.
With further years of expansion we can now offer a wide variety of fabrications, curved or straight from balconies to clear span buildings of up to 120 feet wide or more in either painted or hot-dip galvanized finish, also cladding maintenance and repair services.
Along with a sales area for fixings, Eternit fibre cement products, steel sheeting and flashings, plastic and fibre cement gutter systems, roof lights, sliding door gear, steel sections and beams for builders and DIY.
